A saved group of subscribers based on source, interest, behavior, lifecycle stage, engagement, or other criteria.
Event
An action or change Buddy can use, such as purchase completed, trial started, checkout abandoned, booking created, or payment failed.
Webhook
A way for Buddy to notify another system when something happens, such as a message being read, failed, replied to, or a subscriber opting out.
