Purpose
These providers help us run the Services.
Each provider processes only the data needed for its role, under contractual data protection terms. Meta and the WhatsApp Business Platform are used to deliver messaging and act as independent controllers under their own terms.

What you get.
Vercel, hosting and delivery
Hosts the Buddy application, API, static assets, and serverless functions, and delivers the site through its content network.
Supabase, database, authentication, and storage
Stores account, workspace, subscriber, consent, campaign, message, event, and engagement records, and handles authentication and file storage.
Resend, email delivery
Sends transactional and account email such as verification, password reset, and notifications.
PostHog, product analytics
Processes aggregate product usage and performance data to help us understand and improve the Services. Hosted in the European Union region.
Meta and the WhatsApp Business Platform
Delivers WhatsApp messages you send and receive, and processes related account and delivery data under Meta and WhatsApp terms.
Payment processing
A payment processor handles subscription billing and card details for paid plans. The specific provider is named here when paid billing is activated.
