Does buying on Nestuge count as a WhatsApp yes?

No. Buddy asks for the WhatsApp opt-in separately and records where and when it came from. Nestuge data adds context to people who said yes, and never adds anyone to your list.

Does it replace my Nestuge community?

No. Your community lives in Nestuge. Buddy sends the reminders, welcomes and offers on WhatsApp that bring people back to it.

How long does setup take?

A few minutes. Paste one link into Nestuge, map your events to journeys, and switch them on.

Copy your Buddy webhook link and add it in your Nestuge settings. From then on, purchases, registrations and new members are sent to Buddy.

Which Nestuge activity can start a message?

Webinar and event registrations, community joins, course and digital product purchases, and consultation bookings.

How do members opt in to WhatsApp?

Through your Buddy opt-in link on your Nestuge sign-up and thank-you pages, or a QR code you show during a live session. Every yes is recorded with its source.

Can I send different reminders for different events?

Yes. Each webinar or event can have its own reminder timing and message, and each community its own welcome.

Will members still get Nestuge emails?

Yes. Buddy adds WhatsApp messages on top of what Nestuge already sends.

What does WhatsApp charge for these messages?

Meta charges for business messages by type and country, billed to your own WhatsApp Business account. Your Buddy plan is separate, and every integration is included in it.
