Buddy for real estate
List it at nine. Viewings booked by lunch.
The new-listings email goes to everyone and gets opened days later. On WhatsApp, only buyers who match on budget, area and bedrooms hear, and they book with one reply.

Sales, lettings and the front desk, finally answering from one place.
Sales: viewings booked in one reply
A new listing goes to the buyers it suits the morning it goes live. They reply with a time, instead of a portal form you see on Monday.
Lettings: renewals without the chasing
Tenants whose lease ends in sixty days hear from you first, read it the same day, and say yes before an empty flat becomes a worry.
Front desk: no enquiry lost in a portal
Replies arrive sorted by what people mean, a question, a yes, a repair that's dragging, and get answered in the same thread. Nothing sits on one agent's own phone.
Buyers want your listings. They just don't open the email.
The new-listings email goes to everyone on the list, lands in promotions and gets opened days later. The same buyer checks WhatsApp before breakfast and replies in seconds.
From a tap on a listing to a booked viewing in three steps.
A widget on your listing pages and a QR on every board. Buddy handles everything after that.
One tap on a listing
A buyer taps "Alert me on WhatsApp" on a listing, or scans the QR at a viewing. Buddy saves the consent and the source.

Tags turn into ready audiences: budget, area, bedrooms, buying or renting, tenants in each building.
Send it, then let it run
New listings go out as a WhatsApp message to the buyers who match, reminders go on schedule, and replies land in one inbox.
Four messages an agency sends in its first week.
Each one carries the buyer's or tenant's name and the home, and every reply comes straight back to you.

The right buyers hear first, and book first.
Buyers opt in with budget, area and bedrooms. When a home that matches goes live, Buddy sends it to them before the portals update, and they book with a reply.
Fewer no-shows at Saturday viewings.
Schedule the reminder for the day before, see who read it, and hear from anyone who can't make it while there's still time to offer the slot again.
Buyers say yes on your listing pages, tenants scan a QR in the lobby, and one word opts anyone out. Buddy records all of it.
Every reply, sorted before you read it.
Interested, question, follow up, not now. Your agents answer right in the thread.
Consent on record for every buyer and tenant.
Every opt-in is saved with where and when it happened: the listing page, the QR at the viewing, the import. If someone replies STOP, that's recorded the moment it arrives.
The right view for sales, lettings and desk.

Worried it feels pushy? Buyers only get homes they asked for.
Anything else, ask Sarah. She reads and replies to every message.
Can an estate agency message buyers and tenants on WhatsApp?
Yes, with their permission. Buddy runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Every opt-in is recorded with where it came from, and anyone who replies STOP is opted out on the spot. Meta's messaging policies apply, and you decide what you send.
How do buyers and tenants sign up?
Through a widget on your listing pages, an opt-in page, a QR code on the board or at the viewing, or an import of enquirers who already said yes. If you run your own portal or app, one API call adds them the moment they tick the box.
Can we import the enquirers we already have?
Yes, if they agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp. Import them with the consent source noted and Buddy keeps that record. People who didn't say yes stay out.
How do we send a listing only to the buyers it suits?
With tags: budget, area, bedrooms, buying or renting, whatever you collect at opt-in. When a new home goes live, Buddy matches it to those tags and only the buyers it suits receive it.
Can viewing reminders go out on their own?
Yes. Schedule a WhatsApp message for the day before, aimed at the buyers tagged for that viewing. Buddy sends it on time and shows you who read it and who replied.
What does it cost to send a message?
Meta charges for business messages by type and country. Your Buddy plan is separate from that.
Fill Saturday's viewings with buyers who asked first.
