Use of Buddy depends on responsible customer communication.

Customers are responsible for accounts, workspaces, users, content, customer data, integrations, consent, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

Accounts and workspaces

Users should keep account credentials secure, invite only appropriate team members, and manage workspace permissions carefully.

Permitted use

Buddy may not be used for spam, unlawful messaging, harassment, fraud, malware, abusive content, policy evasion, or unauthorized data use.

Billing

Buddy software fees are separate from Meta or WhatsApp messaging fees, payment processor fees, taxes, and charges from connected third-party services.

Third-party services

Use of WhatsApp, Meta, payment processors, hosting providers, integrations, and connected tools remains subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, and policies.

Availability and changes

Service availability may depend on Buddy systems, hosting providers, WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure, third-party APIs, and customer account status.
