Keep your account credentials secure, invite only appropriate team members and manage workspace permissions carefully.
Permitted use
Buddy may not be used for spam, unlawful messaging, harassment, fraud, malware, abusive content, policy evasion or unauthorised data use.
Billing
Buddy software fees are separate from Meta or WhatsApp messaging fees, payment processor fees, taxes and charges from connected third-party services.
Third-party services
Use of WhatsApp, Meta, payment processors, hosting providers, integrations and connected tools remains subject to their own terms, pricing, availability and policies.
