Buddy for healthcare

Stop ringing round to confirm. On WhatsApp, patients just reply.

Reminder emails get buried and texts come from a number nobody saved. On WhatsApp, patients who opted in at reception confirm with one reply, and fewer chairs sit empty.

Reminders go out two days ahead and the replies come to you. Gaps show up while there's still time to offer the slot to someone else.

Clinicians: feedback that actually comes back

Written once, sent a week after every visit without anyone remembering. The answer reaches the team who saw them, not a voicemail.

Practice manager: nothing lost on a personal phone

Every reply lands in one inbox, already sorted: a question, a yes, a request to move. Your team answers in the thread and you see it all.

Your patients don't forget you. They never saw the email.

Reminder emails get buried, texts arrive from a number nobody saved, and the front desk loses the morning to phone calls. The same patient opens WhatsApp all day long and answers a message in seconds. That's where the reminder belongs.

Reminder emails buried under promotions. Texts from a number nobody saved.
Everyone gets the same message, so nobody feels it was meant for them.
Replies scatter across a shared phone, voicemail and the practice email.
With Buddy, patients say yes at reception, get the message meant for them, and every reply arrives in one inbox you can see.

From a scan at reception to a confirmed slot in three steps.

Put a QR code on the desk and a link on your site. Buddy takes care of everything after the scan.

Buddy is built for GDPR. Every opt-in is saved with where and when it happened, you choose which details come into Buddy, and a STOP reply is recorded the moment it arrives.

Ask a question
Is it OK for a clinic to message patients on WhatsApp?

Yes, with their permission. Buddy runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Every opt-in is recorded with where it came from, and a patient who replies STOP is opted out on the spot. Meta's messaging policies apply, and your practice decides what goes out.

How do patients sign up?

They scan a QR code at reception, tick a box on your opt-in page, use the widget on your website, or you import patients who have already said yes, with their consent recorded.

What patient details does Buddy hold?

Only what you choose to bring in, usually a name and a phone number. Buddy is built for GDPR: consent and opt-outs stay on record, and our DPA and privacy policy cover the rest. Most practices keep messages to a name, a time and a simple question.

How do appointment reminders work?

Write the reminder once as a WhatsApp message, pick the audience, say everyone booked this week, and schedule it. Each patient sees their own name and time, and their reply comes straight back to your inbox.

Can the front desk and clinicians share one inbox?

Yes. Replies arrive in one inbox, sorted by what people mean, and each person joins with their own role. Anyone on the team answers right in the thread, whenever the patient needs them.

What does it cost to send a message?

Meta charges for business messages by type and country. Your Buddy plan is separate from that.

Give your front desk its mornings back.

Be first to send your reminders on WhatsApp. Tell us about your practice and we'll suggest the plays that fit.
