No. Only customers who agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp are ever messaged. Buddy keeps each customer's consent and source with their record, and one word from them stops everything.
Do I need a developer to connect my store?
No. You sign in to your store from Buddy, approve access and choose what comes across. It takes a few minutes and no code.
What information comes across from my store?

What does WhatsApp charge for these messages?
Meta charges for business messages by type and country, billed to your own WhatsApp Business account. Your Buddy plan is separate, and integrations are included.
