Keep test and live separate

A bd_test_ key cannot see or change live subscribers, messages or webhook endpoints. Test mode uses the same request shapes as live mode. Use a separate receiver or clearly label events with livemode: false.

Choose an outcome

Use one of these test numbers to select a simulated result. Other valid numbers simulate delivery when using a template. Free-form text is text-only and is permitted in test mode only for +15550000003, which simulates an open 24-hour window.

Use buddy_test_hello with one body variable, or buddy_test_order_update with its two body variables and URL button. GET /templates provides each template's parameter descriptor.

Reset test data

The dashboard's reset action erases test data for the current workspace. Keep anything you need for debugging before resetting. Test keys and webhook endpoint configuration are retained so you can run your integration again.
