Buddy for travel

Plans change. On WhatsApp, travellers know within minutes.

An itinerary change by email waits for wifi and a quiet moment that never comes. On WhatsApp, travellers who said yes see it on the way and reply straight back.

Marketing: the next trip, to the ones who'll go

Past travellers hear about the place they loved, not every deal you run. They read it that day and ask for dates right in the reply.

Operations
Whole group read it before dinner

Operations: nobody at the wrong pier

A new time goes to everyone on that trip at once, and you can see who has read it before the boat leaves.

Guest care
"Can we add a night?"Question
"Send me the dates"Interested
"Our key card isn't working"Follow up

Guest care: one inbox, every time zone

Replies arrive sorted by what travellers mean, a question, a yes, a problem on the ground, and get answered in the same thread by whoever's on shift.

Travellers aren't ignoring you. They're on the road.

On a trip, email waits for wifi and a quiet moment that never comes. WhatsApp is already open for the group chat, the map pin and the message home. That's where your update belongs.

Itinerary changes buried under receipts and booking confirmations.
Beach lovers and mountain hikers get the same offer.
Guest questions scattered across email, a duty phone and the front desk.
With Buddy, travellers say yes when they book, updates arrive where they're already looking, and every reply lands in one inbox.

From a tick at booking to a smooth arrival in three steps.

A box on your booking page, a QR at the desk, or past travellers who already said yes. Buddy takes care of everything after that.

One tick at booking

The widget on your booking page asks what they'd like on WhatsApp. Buddy saves the consent and where it came from.

Travellers say yes when they book and leave with one word. Buddy records both, every time.

"Can we add a night?"Question

Every reply, sorted before you read it.

Interested, question, follow up, not now. Your team answers right in the thread.

Consent saved for every single traveller.

Buddy is built for GDPR. Every opt-in is saved with where and when it happened, and a STOP reply is recorded the moment it arrives.

Ask a question
How do travellers sign up?

When they book, through a widget on your website or booking page. Or through an opt-in page and QR code at your desk or in your rooms, or an import of past travellers who already said yes. If you run your own app, it can add travellers with one API call.

Can we message travellers in other countries?

Yes. WhatsApp works across borders, so travellers get your messages at home and on the road, from one business number. Meta's rates depend on the country of the person you message.

How fast can we tell a group about a change?

As fast as you can type it. Pick the trip's audience, write the update in your own words or start from a saved message, and send. Everyone on that trip gets it at once, and you see who has read it and who replied.

Can our whole team share one inbox?

Yes. Replies land in one inbox, sorted by what travellers mean, and bookings, operations and guest care each join with their own role. Whoever's on shift answers in the thread, from any time zone.

How does Buddy handle travellers' personal data?

Buddy is built for GDPR. You choose which fields come in, consent and opt-outs stay on record with their source, and our DPA and privacy policy set out the rest.

What does it cost to send a message?

Meta charges for business messages by type and country. Your Buddy plan is separate from that.

No more travellers waiting at the wrong pier.

Be first to send trip updates on WhatsApp. Tell us about your trips and we'll suggest the plays that fit.
