Buddy for home services
No more locked doors. Customers confirm, and book you again.
The confirmation email sits under receipts and the reminder call goes to voicemail. On WhatsApp the customer confirms with one reply, and remembers you next season.

The office, the crew and the owner, finally reading the same replies.
Office: no more wasted trips
The confirmation goes out the minute they book and the reminder the evening before. Customers answer with one word instead of a missed call.
Crew: no more waiting on the drive
The crew sends "on our way" from the inbox, in the same thread where the customer confirmed. Back comes the gate code, and nobody waits on the drive.
Owner: evenings off the van's phone
Replies arrive sorted by what people mean, a question, a yes, a problem, and get answered in the same thread. You can see every one from the office.
Customers don't forget you. They never open the email.
A confirmation email lands between receipts and sale offers. A reminder call goes to voicemail. The same person checks WhatsApp all day long and answers in seconds.
From a booking to a confirmed slot in three steps.
Add a widget to your booking page. Buddy handles everything after the tick.
One tick when they book
A customer books, ticks "Confirmations on WhatsApp", and lands in Buddy tagged with the job they booked.
Sort by job and by season
Tags turn into ready audiences: booked this week, boiler serviced last autumn, garden customers from spring.
Confirm, remind, book again
The confirmation sends itself, seasonal offers go out as a WhatsApp message, and every reply lands in one inbox.
Four messages a home services business sends in its first week.
Each one carries the customer's name and the job, and every reply comes straight back to you.

Every job confirmed before the van leaves.
A confirmation the moment they book, a reminder the evening before, a nudge to anyone who hasn't answered. Each one stops the moment they reply.
Fill next season with last season's customers.
Tag by job, send the spring offer as a WhatsApp message, and see who read it and replied that same day.
Customers say yes when they book and leave with one word. Buddy records both, every time.
Every reply, sorted before you read it.
Interested, question, follow up, not now. The office answers right in the thread.
Consent saved with every single booking.
Every opt-in is saved with where and when it happened. If a customer replies STOP, that's recorded the moment it arrives.

Can a cleaning or trades business message customers on WhatsApp?
Yes, with their permission. Buddy runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Every opt-in is recorded with where it came from, and a customer who replies STOP is opted out on the spot. Meta's messaging policies apply, and you decide what you send.
How do customers sign up?
On your booking page, with the Buddy widget. Or through an opt-in page, a QR code printed on your invoice, or an import of customers who already said yes.
Does Buddy replace my booking system?
No. You keep your diary. Buddy sends the confirmations, reminders and offers, and brings the replies back. Customers arrive tagged with the job when they opt in, or you import them with the tags you choose.
Can reminders run on their own?
Yes. The moment a customer is tagged for a job, an automation sends the confirmation, waits, sends a reminder if nobody has answered, and stops the moment they reply. Reminders for a fixed day can also go out as a scheduled WhatsApp messages.
Can the crew send "on our way" messages?
Yes. Anyone you invite can write to a customer from the inbox, any time, with their own role. The customer's reply lands in the same thread, so the office sees it too.
What does it cost to send a message?
Meta charges for business messages by type and country. Your Buddy plan is separate from that.
