Buddy
Buddy for gyms

Win back members before they quietly stop coming.

The renewal email lands in promotions and the timetable change goes unread. On WhatsApp, members confirm their class, renew with one reply and come back, all in one inbox.

The reminder goes out the evening before and members confirm with one word. When someone cancels, the spot goes straight to the next person on the list.

Coaches: challenges people actually finish

The week's plan reaches only the people in the challenge and gets read that evening. A question about swapping a day comes straight back to the coach.

Renewals, pauses and questions arrive sorted by what the member means, and get answered in the same thread. Nothing sits on a coach's personal phone.

Your members don't ignore you. They ignore your emails.

The timetable goes out by email, the renewal by text, the challenge on a poster by the door. The same member checks WhatsApp between sets and replies in seconds.

The class change goes by email and gets read after the class.
Day-one joiners and five-year regulars get the exact same message.
Replies scatter across the desk phone, a coach's own number and email.
With Buddy, members say yes at the desk, get the message that fits their membership, and every reply arrives in one inbox.

From a scan at the desk to a full class in three steps.

Stick a QR on the desk. Buddy handles everything after the scan.

One scan at sign-up

A new member scans the QR when they join, or ticks the box on your website. Buddy saves the consent and where it came from.

Members say yes at the desk and leave with one word. Buddy records both, every time.

Every reply, sorted before you read it.

Interested, question, follow up, not now. Your desk answers right in the thread.

Proof of consent, ready the moment anyone asks.

Every opt-in is saved with where and when it happened. If a member replies STOP, that's recorded the moment it arrives.

Ask a question
Can a gym message its members on WhatsApp?

Yes, with their permission. Buddy runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Every opt-in is recorded with where it came from, and a member who replies STOP is opted out on the spot. Only members who said yes hear from you.

How do members sign up?

They scan a QR code at the front desk, use the widget on your website or sign up on your opt-in page. Members who already said yes on your membership form can be imported with that consent recorded.

Can we send class reminders without typing each one?

Yes. Schedule a WhatsApp message to the members tagged for a class, or let an automation send the reminder the moment a member is added to that class tag. A confirmation or a cancellation comes back to your inbox as one word.

Will members find it annoying?

Only people who opted in hear from you, each message goes to the group it's for, and one word stops it. A reminder for a class they booked, or a renewal note two weeks ahead, feels like good service.

Can the front desk and the coaches share one inbox?

Yes. Every reply lands in one inbox, sorted by what the member means, and the desk, coaches and owner each join with their own role. Nothing sits on anyone's personal phone.

What does it cost to send a message?

Meta charges for business messages by type and country. Your Buddy plan is separate from that.

Fuller classes, renewals on time, and familiar faces back.

Be first to reach your members on WhatsApp. Tell us about your gym or studio and we'll suggest the plays that fit.
