The reminder you emailed gets read after the call ends. On WhatsApp, session reminders, worksheets and check-ins reach clients in minutes, and every reply comes back to one inbox.

Coach: calls everyone turns up to

The reminder lands an hour before, with the one thing to bring. Clients arrive ready, and anyone who can't make it tells you in a reply.

Client care: every reply in one calm inbox

Replies arrive sorted by what clients mean, a question, a yes, a reschedule, and get answered in the same thread. Your personal phone goes back to being personal.

Marcus paid for the programme in January.By March your emails sat unopened and he had missed two calls. One WhatsApp message brought him back to the next one.

Your clients don't lose interest. They lose the email.

The programme email lands between forty others. The group goes quiet. The calendar invite is accepted and forgotten. The same client opens WhatsApp between every meeting.

New clients, mid-programme clients and alumni all get the same email.

With Buddy, clients opt in when they join, each cohort gets its own messages, and every reply lands in one inbox.

From the welcome pack to their WhatsApp in three steps.

Share one opt-in link when they join. Everything after that happens inside Buddy.

Clients opt in on day one

Send the opt-in link with the welcome pack, or show the QR on the first call. Each client who says yes is tagged with their programme.

Clients opt in when they join and can opt out with one word. Buddy keeps both on record.

"Can I move my 1:1?"Follow up

Every reply, sorted by what clients mean.

Interested, question, follow up, not now. Answer in the thread, from any device.

Consent you can show any client, any day.

Every opt-in is recorded with where and when it happened: the opt-in page, the QR on the first call, your website. One word from a client stops every message, and that is recorded too.

Ask a question
Will my clients feel spammed?

Only clients who opted in hear from you, every message is tied to their programme, and replying is one tap. One word stops everything, and Buddy honours it on the spot. A reminder, the resources and a check-in each week is plenty for most cohorts.

How do clients opt in?

Through the opt-in page or QR you share in the welcome pack or on the first call, the widget on your website, an import of clients who already said yes, or one API call from your own client portal. Every opt-in is recorded with its source.

Can I message one cohort and not the others?

Yes. Every client carries tags such as programme, cohort or stage, and tags become audiences. Each WhatsApp message goes to the audience you pick, so Thursday's reminder reaches cohort 4 and nobody else.

Can reminders and resources go out on a schedule?

Yes. A WhatsApp message can be sent now or scheduled, so Thursday's reminder is set up on Monday and the worksheet goes out after the call. Automations handle the welcome and the follow-ups on their own, and stop when a client replies.

Can I run this alone, without a team?

Yes. One inbox, replies sorted by what clients mean, and automations that keep running while you're on a call. When you bring in an assistant or a programme manager, invite them with their own role.

What does WhatsApp charge for these messages?

Meta charges for business messages by type and by the client's country. Your Buddy plan is separate from that.

Every client on the call, ready to work.
