Buddy for beauty
That empty 3pm chair? One WhatsApp message and it's booked.
Rebooking emails go unread and last-minute openings vanish in your stories. On WhatsApp, the client who's due a refresh reads it in minutes, replies YES, and the gap in your book closes.

Owner, front desk and stylists, talking to clients on one channel.
Owner: a book that fills itself
Clients who are due get one friendly nudge at six weeks, with a YES to reply instead of a link to chase. The gaps close before you spot them.
Stylists: new treatments to the clients who asked
Clients who asked about a treatment hear first, read it within the hour, and book while they still remember asking.
Front desk: every reply in one inbox
Replies arrive sorted by what people mean, a question, a yes, a request to move, and get answered in the same thread. Nothing lives on a stylist's own phone.
Your clients don't drift away. They just miss the nudge.
Rebooking emails sit under receipts, texts from a number nobody saved get deleted, and the opening you posted vanishes in a day. Meanwhile the same client checks WhatsApp all day and replies in seconds.
From the till to their WhatsApp in three steps.
One QR at the till or a widget on your site. After that, the follow-up runs itself.
Opt in at the till
A client scans the QR as they pay or ticks the box on your website. Buddy saves the consent and where it came from.
Sort by where they are
Tags turn into audiences: booked this week, due a refresh, asked about a treatment, your regulars.
Send, automate, reply
The rebooking nudge sends itself. Openings go out as WhatsApp messages. Every reply comes back to one inbox.
Four messages your salon sends in its first week.
Each is an approved template with the client's name in it, and every reply comes straight back to the front desk.

Quiet clients, back in the chair.
A nudge at six weeks, a second one a fortnight later if nobody replied, a thank-you when they rebook. Each flow stops the moment they answer.
New treatments and restocks to the clients who asked.
Tag the clients who asked about a treatment or a product, send to them first, and see who read and replied within the hour.
Clients opt in at your till and leave with one word. Buddy keeps a record of both.
One inbox, every reply sorted for you.
Interested, question, follow up, not now. The front desk answers in the thread.
Consent your clients actually gave.
Every opt-in is saved with where and when it happened. One word from the client stops everything, and that is saved too.

Can a salon message clients on WhatsApp?
Yes. Buddy runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, and every message is permission-based: each opt-in is saved with its source, and an opt-out is honoured on the spot. Meta's messaging policies apply, and you decide what you send.
How do clients opt in?
At the till with a QR code, on an opt-in page linked from your booking confirmation, through the widget on your website, or by importing clients who already said yes, with their consent saved.
Will clients find it pushy?
You message people who asked to hear from you, about things they care about: their next appointment, a treatment they asked about, a slot that just opened. Anyone can stop with one word, and Buddy honours it instantly.
How do appointment reminders work?
Write the reminder once as a WhatsApp message template, pick the audience, such as clients booked for tomorrow, and schedule it. Each message carries the client's name and time, and their reply comes back to your inbox.
Can my stylists see replies too?
Yes. Replies land in one inbox, sorted by what people mean, and you invite the front desk and every stylist with their own roles.
What does WhatsApp charge for these messages?
Meta charges for business messages by type and country. Buddy's own plan is separate from that.
