The reminder letter arrives late and the email sinks into promotions, so they book wherever is nearest. On WhatsApp they read it on the day and book with one reply.

Sales: test drives booked the day it lands

Buyers who asked for a model hear the day it reaches your forecourt, and book a test drive before it's even listed online.

Front desk: a quieter phone all afternoon

Replies arrive sorted by what people mean, a booking, a question, a quote to chase, and get answered in the same thread. "Is my car ready?" stops tying up the line.

With Buddy, customers say yes at your desk, each reminder fits their car, and every reply lands in one inbox.

From a scan at the desk to a booked bay in three steps.

Customers scan a QR code while they pay. Buddy handles everything after the scan.

1

One scan while they pay

A customer scans the QR on the counter and picks what they'd like to hear about. Buddy saves the consent and the source.

Ask a question
Can a garage or dealership message customers on WhatsApp?

Yes, once they've said yes. Buddy runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Every opt-in is recorded with where it came from, and a customer who replies STOP is opted out on the spot. Meta's messaging policies apply.

How do customers sign up?

They scan a QR code at the service desk or in the showroom, use your opt-in page, or tick the box in the widget on your website. You can also import customers who already agreed to WhatsApp updates.

How do reminders go out at the right time?

Tag customers by last service date, inspection month and model, then schedule a WhatsApp message to each group. When a car comes in for its service, update its tags in Buddy and it joins the right group for next time.

Can the desk tell a customer their car is ready?

Yes. Your team writes it from the inbox, whenever the car is done, in the same thread as the booking. The customer replies right there, and the desk sees it.

How does Buddy handle customer data?

Buddy is built for GDPR. You choose which fields come in, consent and opt-outs stay on record with their source, and our DPA and privacy policy set out the rest.

What does it cost to send a message?

Meta charges for business messages by type and country. Your Buddy plan is separate from that.

Every bay booked. Every customer still yours.

Be first to send service reminders on WhatsApp. Tell us about your garage and we'll suggest the plays that fit.
