Buddy for agencies
Stop defending open rates in client reviews. Show them replies.
Client campaigns sent by email land in promotions, and the report shows it. On WhatsApp, each client gets its own workspace and number, and their customers read and reply in minutes.

Account, strategy and community, one way of working for every client.
Account: a report clients love
Sent, delivered, read and replied, per campaign, in the client's own workspace. The Monday review stops being a defence of open rates.
Strategy: launches that get read
The launch you spent a week on is read within the hour, not filed under promotions. Each message has the subscriber's name in it, scheduled per client.
Community: each client's replies, its own inbox
Replies land in the client's own inbox, sorted by what people mean, and your team answers in the thread. No shared phone, no screenshots in a group chat.
Their customers don't ignore your work. They ignore the channel.
You write the campaign, build the list and ship it on time. Then it lands in a promotions tab next to forty others. But the same person checks WhatsApp all day and answers in seconds.
For every client, from a QR code to a WhatsApp reply in three steps.
Set up a workspace for each client. Everything after that runs inside Buddy.
Yes, on the client's own page
Each client gets an opt-in page, a QR code and a website widget in their name. Consent and source are saved.
Sort each client's people
Inside each workspace, tags become audiences: the launch list, last season's buyers, people quiet for two months.
Welcome, launch, reply
The welcome runs on its own. Build it once, set it up for the next client in minutes. Launches go out as WhatsApp messages. Replies land in that client's inbox.
Four messages an agency sends in its first week.
Each one an approved template in the client's name, written for one subscriber, with replies landing in that client's inbox.

One workspace per client, from day one.
Its own WhatsApp number, audiences, inbox and report. Your team joins with the role each client needs, and nothing crosses from one client to the next.
Lumen SkincareLiveLaunches read before the client even asks.
Schedule the WhatsApp message in the client's workspace, header image and first name included, then watch sent, delivered, read and replied fill in.
Your client's customers said yes on your client's page and can leave with one word. Buddy records both, per client.
Each client's inbox, sorted by intent.
Interested, question, follow up, not now. Whoever owns the account answers right in the thread.
Consent records your clients can show their lawyer.
Every opt-in is saved with the page, QR or widget it came from, and when. One word from the customer stops all messages, and that is saved too.
Roles per client, per person.
Invite the account lead, the strategist and the client's own team. Each sees just what their role needs.
Every client's number, healthy.
Quality rating and messaging limit from WhatsApp, shown in each workspace before you send.
What clients ask before they hand you their WhatsApp.
Anything else, ask Sarah. She reads and replies to every message.
Can we run WhatsApp for several clients?
Yes. Each client runs in its own workspace with its own WhatsApp number, audiences, automations, inbox and reporting. Your team joins each workspace with the role it needs there, so nothing crosses between clients.
Whose WhatsApp number do the messages come from?
The client's. Each workspace connects the client's own WhatsApp Business number, so messages arrive in their name and their customers' replies land in that client's inbox.
How do our clients' customers opt in?
Through an opt-in page and QR code in the client's name, a widget on the client's website, an import of people who already said yes, or one API call from the client's own app. Every opt-in is recorded with where and when it happened.
What can we show the client?
For each WhatsApp message: sent, delivered, read, failed with the reason, and the replies that came back, sorted by what people meant. It all lives inside the client's workspace.
Can the client see their own workspace?
Yes. Invite them with the role you choose. They see their campaigns and replies while your team runs the sending.
What does WhatsApp charge for these messages?
Meta charges for business messages by type and country. Your Buddy plan is separate from that.
